Over the past 30 years, I have seen our judicial system from many different perspectives – as an Alameda County Deputy District Attorney, as a private practitioner, and as a Judge Pro Tem. I know the difficult job law enforcement has in protecting the public and I am reminded every day of the importance of safeguarding individual rights. My experience makes me deeply aware of the impact judicial decisions have on individuals, families and businesses.
As a judge, I will be both fair and faithful to the law. I will approach every case with an open mind and will decide every case based on the record, according to the rule of law. I am absolutely committed to maintaining the integrity of the court and to ensuring that I provide an impartial forum to all persons whose cases are presented in my courtroom.
I seek the honor of being elected to the Alameda County Superior Court.
